Age 95, of Bethel Park, peacefully with his family by his side, on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Beloved husband of 68 years to Julia Janus; loving father of Shelia (Bill) Macko and Edward (Carol) Janus; preceded in death by four sisters; proud grandfather of Becky (Ryan) Spence and Renae (Matt) Shannon; great-grandfather of Lily, Patrick, Caleigh and Zachary.

Friends received Thursday 2-4, 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John Capistran Church on Friday at 1 p.m. Burial with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
