On Saturday, November 21, 2015, age 53, of North Fayette, formerly of Carnegie. Passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Beloved son of Joseph and Arlene Seibel; brother of Susan (Ron) Frank, Lynne (John) Baker, Joe Seibel and the late Debbie Seibel; good friend of Ian Murphy; also survived by several nieces, nephews; a great-niece; and great-nephews. Friends received Saturday morning from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie, where Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Nathan Beard, officiating. Jeffrey was a graduate of Carlynton High School, loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman.
