Son of the late Walter and Florence Burek; father of Douglas (Michele) Burek and Christopher (Wendy) Burek; brother of Walter Burek, Barbara Molka and the late Patrick Burek; grandfather of D.J., Avy, Kasey and Teak Burek. Private family visitations. Burial with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Jerry served his country during the Vietnam era in the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment.
