Of Heidelberg, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Arthur Losego; and her sister, Jane Blankowski; and a brother, Henry Rakoski. A dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. Celest is survived by her five children, Richard (Cindy) Losego, Dan (Claudia) Losego, Ray (Kathy) Losego, Mary Ann (David) Godwin and Dean (Amy) Losego; as well as ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Besides her love of family, Celest enjoyed music, traveling and involvement in her church. Always offering a smile and a kind word, she will be dearly missed by the many people who knew and loved her. Friends received Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Friday at 10 a.m. Burial in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
