On Thursday, May 26, 2016. Beloved son of Adolph, Jr. "Yosty" and Jeanne Stys Podurgiel; loving brother of Kim Rivera and David (Laura) Podurgiel; dear friend of Carol Mathie and Kathleen O'Donnell Gosling; nephew of retired Lt. Colonel Emmanuel "Sam" Podurgal; uncle of Raquel Abad and Franco Rivera; also survived by several cousins. Jeff also leaves behind his loyal travel companion, Spike. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Jeff was very musically inclined, played in the band Jeff Michael. He was also an accomplished accordionist, playing solo for many special occasions.
