On Tuesday, March 21, 2017, age 87, passed away peacefully into the arms of our loving Lord. She was the daughter of the late Florian and Frances (Kosiorek) LaSota; loving wife of the late John Koss; beloved daughter of Kimberley (William) Hollis; and "Buba" to grandsons, William (Mirna) Hollis and Mark Hollis; preceded in death by brothers, Edward (Florence still survives) LaSota, Walter LaSota and Frederick (Nancy still survives) LaSota; along with many nieces and nephews. Friends received Thursday 2-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Friday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave., Pgh., PA 15212. Florence's daughter, Kim, would like to take this opportunity to thank the compassionate and professional administration, staff and the good Sisters of the memory care unit at the community at Holy Family Manor.
