Suddenly on Saturday, May 20, 2017, beloved husband of 50 years to Carol (Wachter) Kozel; son of the late Leonard and Eleanor Kozel; loving father of Judith Valentina Bocek and Cynthia Marie (Richard) Novak; brother of Marlene (John) Kovacs, Barbara (Glen) Wantje and the late Leonard (late Arlene) Kozel; brother-in-law of Marie Lysaght; proud grandfather of Christian Balaski, Alexa and Victoria Bocek; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI- EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie, Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 330 Third Ave., Carnegie, PA 15106.
