Beloved husband of 58 years to Marlene (Rudge) Legath; loving father of Charlene (David) Sella, Cherise (David) Reynolds and Cynthia (Charles) LeClaire; brother of the late Eleanor Legath; also survived by nine grandchildren. Friends received Tuesday 2-4, 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Philip Parish Ascension Worship site, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Burial with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
