On Tuesday, May 2, 2017, husband of the late Rosemary Symsek; loving father of Sandi (Joe) Ganick, Edward Symsek and Ellen (Jim) Reis; brother of Virginia Symsek, Frank (Maxine) Symsek, and the late Louise McCoskey, Frances Rudge, Stella Castelucci, Mary Symsek, John, Joe, Stanley, Andy and Billy Symsek; proud grandfather of Stephanie and Katie Ganick, Kaitlin and Alex Symsek, Laurie (Matt) Hoetzlein, Jimmy Reis, and Sarah (Jeremy) Fischer; great-grandfather of Lydia Rose and Hannah Ellen Hoetzlein. Friends received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at SZAFRANSKI - EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St., Carnegie. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Saturday at 12 Noon. Burial in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
