Devoted mother to Derek and Sean Franklin; beloved daughter of Brenda and Edward "Bus" Wagner; loving sister of Sandy (Chris) Shibler, Eric (Jenn) Wagner and Kelly (Brad) Costa; granddaughter of Betty (late Chuck) Wescott and the late Eileen and Connie Wagner; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
