Jean, of Glendale, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 17, 2018, after a long battle with colon cancer, at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul Pachel; and daughters, Sheila Pachel Acheson (Brian) and Linda Grace Pachel; her sisters, Rosemary, Fidelis and Mary Jane. She is survived by her loving children, Valerie (Orville) Young, Trudy (Don) Petrelli, Lynn Demendi, Gary (Chris) Pachel; and her brother, Jackie Figura. She has ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 330 Third Ave., Carnegie, PA.
