On Saturday, April 4, 2020. Wife of the late Thomas A. Rossi; loving mother of Albert (Desiree) Rossi and Hannah (Brian) Olstein; beloved Nana of Victoria, Trevor, Rowin and Kaitlyn; sister of Janet Fraer, Jennifer Tancraitor and Frederick (Louanne) Fraer, Jr. Joyce also leaves behind her beloved pet dog, Brooklyn. Joyce enjoyed gardening and camping.

As per CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, private service and visitation will be held.
Burial will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
