On Monday, November 23, 2020. Wife of the late Andy Skiba. Beloved twin sister of Walter (Lorraine) Franc and the late John and Joseph (Charlotte still survives) Franc. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Rose was a long time member of Immaculate Conception Church and then St. Ignatius Church where she was a faithful Eucharist Minister attending every Saturday evening Mass.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where a private family Visitation and Blessing Service was held at 101 Third St., Carnegie. Rose Marie was laid to rest next to her husband Andy in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
