On Saturday, September 18, 2021. Beloved daughter of John (Karen) Braithwaite and Susan Baron; mother of Cooper Zajac; sister of Sean (Shari) Braithwaite and Veronica Baron; dear friend of Scott Zajac; granddaughter of Al and Alice Braithwaite and the late Edward Belveny and Patricia (late James) Adams; aunt of Tyler and Dylan; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 1-5 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 5 p.m.
