On Monday, December 6, 2021. Beloved husband of Mary Helen (Sobieray) Dunlap. Son of the late Eugene and Isabelle Dunlap. Brother of the late Eugenia Bowman. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Chuck leaves behind his pet and best friend, Mollie.

No public visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
