On Monday, March 29, 2021. Loving father of Pamela (Roger) Davis, John Michael (Heidi) Hoffman, and Jody (Devonne) Hoffman; Grandfather to Nicole, Ashley, Jordyn, Jonah, Ayden, Brody, Bryce, Jacob, Taylor, and Jonathan; Step-Grandfather of Noah and Ethan; Brother of Dorothy (Barry) Gibellino, Kathleen (late William) Gibbelino, Thomas (Lisa) Hoffman, and the late Donna Borchert; and dear friend of Linda Conwell. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 12 noon. John will be laid to rest in St. Martin Cemetery.
