Great-grandfather of Alexa Soles, Gia and Kenzie Jacobs, and Michelle and Cole Scarpo. Brother of the late Ignatius, Frank, Sister Bernadette Len, SHS, Catherine O'Rouke and Blanche Jarosz.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 3p.m. - 7p.m. at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 10 a.m. Joe will be laid to rest with Full Military Honors next to his wife, Cora May, in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
