Age 65, of Heidelberg, went home to the Lord on February 9, 2021. Leah was the cherished wife of 40 years to Dennis Thomas; loving mother of Stacey (Tom), Christine (Justin) Womer and Kimberly (Dimitri); and a granddaughter, Aria due in June. Leah is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Janet Resetar. Leah is also survived by two brothers, Wayne and Richard (Judi) Resetar.

Leah’s favorite times were with her family at Lake Chautauqua, in her garden or spending time with her girls. Her smile was radiant when she was with those she loved. She worked diligently for the Chartiers Valley PTG and cheerleading boosters while her girls were in school. She adored her dogs and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Monday, February 15, 2021 from 3-7 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie where a prayer service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, February 15, 2021 at 7 p.m.

In order to be compliant with our state guidelines, masks must be worn and social distancing be maintained for visitation and Funeral Service.
