On Thursday, June 16, 2022. Wife of the late Daniel W. Evans. Mother of Timothy (Carmella), David Pacatte, and the late Tina (late Bernard) Lopez. Sister of Barbara (late Tom) Moore Sarsfield. Also survived by seven grandchildren: Carrie (Romone) Blakey, Amanda Mayfield, Heather Jonnett, Jessica (Dave) Auxer, Thomas, Elizabeth, and Liam Pacatte, and nine great-grandchildren: Bradyn, Paetynn, Ceejae, Breanna, KC, Isabella, Angelina, Jamel Jr., and Omari.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 3-7 pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 9:30 am. Following the Blessing Service, Donna will be laid to rest with her husband, Dan, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
