Suddenly on Sunday, May 29, 2022. Beloved husband of Pam (Folcik) Staley. Loving father of Holly Staley and Heather (Dan) Wollett. Brother of Barbara (Al) Dengler, Beverly (Bob) DeHaas, Bonnie, Gary (Rose), and Tim Staley, and the late Charles "Buddy" Staley. Brother-in-law of Walt (Karen) Folcik. Grandfather of Mackenzie and Lucas Wollett. Also survived by nieces and nephews.

Rick found happiness in refinishing furniture, fishing, and had an interest in antique cars. He had a garden in the backyard in which he shared his knowledge of gardening with his grandkids. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and made several degrees.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 3-7 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie. The Knights of Columbus will hold a Prayer Service at 7pm. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday morning, June 3, 2022, at 11 a.m.
