Suddenly on Monday, May 23, 2022. Son of the late James Willoughby and the late Irene (late Patsy) Notaro. Brother of Sallie Willoughby and the late William Willoughby. Uncle of Ronald Babu and Edward Warner. Frank is also survived by his Gab-N-Eat family, where he could be found working or sitting on the bench outside greeting everyone who came by.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 4-7 p.m. at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 27, 2022, at 5 p.m.
