On Saturday, September 16, 2023. Daughter of the late John and Marie Brandstater; wife of the late Robert Hoffman, Charles Hammel, and Thomas Barry; loving mother of Michael (Denise Korniak) Hoffman; stepmother of Dan (Cathy) Hammel, Karen (Tim) Schade, Connie (Tom) Ondo, Nancy (Nick) Thomas, and Kimberly (Tim) Hottenfeller; also survived by 16 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many cousins.
Marilyn was an office and file supervisor for Bell Telephone and later for AAA. She was an avid bowler, golfer, and was very active in the Cloverleaf Estates Activities.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, from 4-8PM, at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, Ss. Simon and Jude Church, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10:30AM. Burial will follow in Christ the Redeemer Cemetery.
