Age 46 of Carnegie, PA on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Beloved wife of Samuel Steiner Sr. Proud and loving mother to Carter and Willa Steiner. Dog Mom to “Banoon”.

Regan was an avid cook and reader who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed watching “Jeopardy” nightly with her husband. She most looked forward to doing activities with her children, such as Disney trivia, puzzles, and swimming.

Regan is also survived by her parents, Lorraine and James Bender. Sister, Maureen Bush (Jason Wyandt); cousins, Brian McKelvey (Susan) and Jenn McKelvey, who was her twin soul. Daughter-in-law of Tom and Fran Steiner; sister-in-law of Jill (Josh) Garcia, Natalie, Cy, Julien Garcia, Adam (Carianne) Steiner; and numerous extended family and friends.

In Regan’s generous nature, she has chosen to donate life to others via organ donation through CORE.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where a Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 2 pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. Visitation will then continue until 8 pm. Interment is private.
