On Monday, January 16, 2023. Son of the late James and Mabel Mussman; Brother of Richard Mussman and the late James J. (Vera still survives) Mussman, Jr., Carol (late Ken) Burwinkle, and Rosemary (Late Frank) Stencil; Dear Uncle to Cassie (Harry) Kearney, who was very special both to her and her children; Also survived by three generations of nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday morning, January 19, 2023 from 10 am to 11 am at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 11 am. Following the Blessing Service, Charles will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery.
