On Sunday, June 18, 2023. Age 100, of Collier Township. Beloved husband of the late Anne (Rozum) Nowakowski; father of the late Mary Anne (David survives) Coleman; son of the late Stanley and Albina Nowakowski; brother of Sylvester (Amy) Nowakowski; pre-deceased by several siblings; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Leo was a World War II Army Veteran.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, June 22, 2023, from 4-7PM, at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Following Mass, Leo will be laid to rest next to his wife, Anne, in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
