On October 27th, 2023, Richard Pektas of Carnegie, PA passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 91 years old.

He is survived by two daughters, Terry Woodhall (Woody Woodhall), Donna McLain, and preceded by his son, Richie Pektas.

Also, by his grandchildren, Nicole Leone (Anthony Leone), Stevie McLain, Mason McLain, and great-grandchild, Amelia Leone.

After spending most of his life working on the railroad, he loved spending time with his grandchildren, listening to his polkas, and always knew how to make a stranger laugh.

In his famous last words, “kiss my ass.”

Per Richie's wishes all services and interment will be private.
