On Monday, January 9, 2023. Beloved Husband of Patty Ann Radcliffe for 29 years; Father of Jamie F. Radcliffe, Scott (Ashley) Rambo, R.J. (Gabby) Radcliffe, and Sarah (Matt Stroop) Radcliffe; Brother of Bobbye (Steven) Waslosky and the late Marlene Tucker; Brother-in-law of Thomas (Dolores) Turner, Gary (late Lisa) Turner, Tina Lynch, Shery (Michael) Crosby, and the late Mary (Brian survives) Carnahan; Grandfather of Nathan and Tyler Rambo, River Radcliffe, D.J. Ostrander, and McKenna Buchert; also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, his cat Lucy, his dog Pumpkin, and many dear friends.

Jim was a 32nd degree Mason, a boilermaker of Local 154, and Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Navy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Sunday, January 15, 2023 from 2 pm to 6 pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 16, 2023 at 11 am with Reverend John Yohe presiding. Jim will be laid to rest with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
