On Thursday, September 28, 2023. Beloved husband of 58 years to Marie Kolakowski Sherwin; loving father of Robert (Deborah) Sherwin and Jennifer (Aaron) Jones; proud grandfather of Mikayla, Colby, Jacob, Garrett, and Nicholas; brother of Paul (Pat) Sherwin, Ann (late Jerome) Bench, and the late Mary Lou Natale, Frances Artman, Judith Sunseri, Edward, Thomas, George, and William Sherwin; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Sunday, October 1, 2023 from 3-7PM at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, Ss. Simon and Jude Church, on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 10:00AM. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
