On Monday, November 4, 2024, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Son of the late Katherine (Kleysteuber) and Charles Bryan, Sr.; Beloved father of Malissa (Tim) Richard; Proud grandfather of Shawna (Marc Kuks) Richard and Phoebe Richard; brother of Bridget (late John) Leppla and Charles (Kathi) Bryan, Jr.; uncle of April (Jeff) Rucker, Derek Burrell, Lori (Ryan) Mates, Kristi (Matt) Bevevino, Steffani (Matt) Stine, and Charlie (Sarah) Bryan, III; also survived by great nieces, great nephews, and many dear friends.

Michael served with the United States Army Aviation Unit as a Sargent from 1975-1981 and then in the Air Force Reserves from 1981-1982. Michael was a senior mechanic, a UH-1H phase team leader overseeing foreign object damage and safety control. A member of company C of the 158th Aviation Battalion along with the 101st airborne division (air assault) resulting and receiving the Army Commendation Medal.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. Michael will be laid to rest with full military honors in a graveside service at Mount Olivet Cemetery on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 1:00pm.
