On Sunday, November 10, 2024. Son of the late Edwina (Stocki) Mastrilli; Brother of Joyce (late David) Stoakes; Uncle of Michael (Nicole) Stoakes; Great Uncle of Hope and Kyndall; Nephew of Kenny (Cece) Stocki and Sandy (Tom) Boris.

Joe enjoyed life. He was a huge fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams. He enjoyed going out to eat, especially to Beto's Pizza. His favorite rock group was KISS.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Friday, November 15, 2024, from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11:00am. Following the Blessing Service, Joe will be laid to rest in St. Ignatius Cemetery.
