On Sunday, April 13, 2025, Denise Kolodziek of Scott Twp., passed peacefully surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 48 years to Leonard Kolodziek Sr.; loving mother of Leonard (Kathleen) Kolodziek Jr., Teri (Richard) Ivanoff, and Tracy Kolodziek; loving nana of Vladimir; aunt and sister.

Denise was active at her community senior center where she enjoyed socializing and playing bingo. She was passionate about crafting and creating beautiful handmade cards.

Denise was previously involved as a 2004 OES Worthy Matron at the Greentree Lodge and was most recently a member of the Northwood Harrington Lodge 357.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 3-7pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Blessing Service will take place in All Saints P.N.C. Church on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 11:00am. Following the Blessing Service, Denise will be laid to rest in All Saints P.N.C. Cemetery.

Denise's family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of the ICU department at St. Clair Hospital for the care and compassion extended to Denise during her time in the hospital.
