Age 73, passed away on August 24, 2025 in his home in Duncansville, PA.

Raymond was born on January 25, 1952, in Bayonne and raised in Cranford, New Jersey to the late Walter and Florence (Kopchinski) Lasinski. Loving husband of Jean (Furmanek) Lasinski and father of Elizabeth Rose Lasinski. Brother of Paul Lasinski and his wife Bonnie (Byrne) Lasinski, and uncle of Andrew and his wife Julie (DiGioacchino) Lasinski, Matthew Lasinski and Jack Furmanek. Great uncle of Andrew and Julie’s two wonderful children.

He graduated from Cranford High School in 1970 and Muhlenberg College in 1974.

Above all else, Raymond valued his family and community. He married Jean Furmanek in 1994 and they welcomed their daughter Elizabeth Rose Lasinski in June of 2001. Raymond loved sharing his daughter's artwork and loved telling stories, even to complete strangers. He loved exploring new places, swimming, his love language was food, and taking pictures with his daughter. Raymond served the Polish National Catholic Church in many capacities including being the first president of the National Youth Association, delegate of the Synod, member of the National United Choirs, and volunteering at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 3-7pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place in All Saints P.N.C. Church on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 11:00am.
