On Saturday, December 27, 2025. Daughter of the late Harry and Edna Webster; wife of the late Henry Nelson; mother of the late Harry Nelson; step mother of Fred (Tammy) Nelson and the late Henry (Lori survives) Nelson; sister of Edward (Donna) Webster; aunt of Jody (Taff) Obreza, Ted (Gretchen) Webster, and Teri Ann (Joe) Martineck; great aunt of Joe (Kayla) Webster, Tony Webster, Jack Webster, and Beau Obreza, Jaime (Fiance Aaron Moore) Obreza, Jeffery Martineck, and Valery Martineck; great great aunt of Skyla Rose.

Elaine was lifelong, diehard fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates. She leaves behind her beloved cat, Bruce, whom she adored. Elaine loved to be creative in decorating tissue boxes for all of the holidays to display and give as gifts.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME INC., where family and friends will be received on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 1pm until time of Funeral Service at 4:30pm with Pastor Jodi Flack at 101 Third St., Carnegie. Elaine will be laid to rest next to her husband, Henry, in Melrose Cemetery on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 1:00pm.
