Age 65, of Carnegie, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Wife of the late Steven Reed; Loving mother of Brenna (Brian Grogan), Corey Reed (Jessica); grandmother of Spencer and Cameron. Denise was the daughter of late James and Dorothy Talotta. Denise was the sister of James (Jani), Dominic (Sandy), Thomas (Kim), and Robert Talotta (Leslie), and the late Jamie Lanuka, Carol (late Gene) Gibbons. She was the sister in law of Scott Reed. Denise is also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Denise was a beloved figure, familiar to many from her time at Talotta's restaurant and bingo events. Her kindness and generosity inspired countless people, and her cooking was truly special - who could forget her signature 'Spanish pork chops' or the delicious birthday treats she lovingly prepared? She was the matriarch of our family and she will be truly missed by us and so many others. To the most amazing mom, we love you and wish heaven treats you to a paradise of slot machines and bingo halls.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 2pm until time of Blessing Service at 5:30pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie.
