On Thursday, June 11, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina. Wife of the late John Edwin Granger; Mother of Russell (Robin) Granger and their children Brennen, Avalon, and Reese, and Christine (David) Kramer and their children Laney and Max; sister of Bobbie (Ed) Enrietti; also survived by generations of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bernie was so content with her life in Raleigh, where she lived with her daughter and family. She always made sure that she remembered the birthdays of her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She enjoyed many hours of making latch hook pillows that she gifted to her family.

A memorial mass will be held in Corpus Christi Parish, St. Barbara Church on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 10:00am.
