On Friday, June 26, 2026. Wife of the late Robert C. "Bob" Sherwin; Loving mother of Robert (Deborah) Sherwin and Jennifer (Aaron) Jones; Grandmother of Mikayla, Colby, Jacob (Brooke Illum), Garrett, and Nicholas; sister of the late Dorothy Cirata, Joseph Kolakowski, and Teresa Figura; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 3-7PM at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, Ss. Simon and Jude Church, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 10:00AM. Following Mass, Marie will be entombed with her husband, Bob, in Resurrection Cemetery.
