It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing at age 61 of Robert Ferguson of Carnegie. Beloved son of the late Heather and William Ferguson; Dear brother of Miriam (late Barry) Kaiser, Raymond (Kim) Ferguson, and Catherine (John) Ferguson Kasprowicz; Preceded in death by brothers Marty (Julia survives) Ferguson and Mark (Lea survives) Ferguson; Fun-loving uncle of 17 nieces and nephews and 21 great nieces and nephews; also survived by his partner, Linda Larkin, and his good friend Mike Zawoyski.

Robert was a proud Air Force Veteran, a Pittsburgher through and through, an avid skier, and dog lover/whisperer. Robert lived life in full color, never met a stranger, and will always be remembered as the life of the party.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME INC., where family and friends will be received on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 5pm-7pm at 101 Third St., Carnegie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Robert's nephew, Fr. John Ferguson, in Corpus Christi Parish, St. Barbara Church on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 11:00am.
