On Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Beloved husband of Bonnie Seder; loving father of Joshua (Julie) Seder and Richard (Jessica) Seder; proud Pap of Richard and Yasmeen; brother of the late Robert Seder and Carol Seder; also survived by generations of nieces and nephews.

C.J. proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a devoted dog dad to the late Max and Crosby, and to Finn, who will dearly miss their nightly hangouts on the sunporch. A lifelong and avid fan of Pittsburgh sports (he even tried out for the Pirates). C.J. never met an old western he didn't like, and he took great joy in coaching youth sports, guiding his own children and many others over the years. He had a gift for landscaping and took real pride in making the outdoors beautiful.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC.

Per C.J.'s wishes, there will be no public visitations. All services and interment are private.
