On Sunday, June 28, 2026. Beloved Husband of Donna Weaver; stepfather of the late Mark (Rosemarie survives) Gigler; Grandfather of Kayla (Steven), Mariah (Jarrad), and the late Noel; brother of Clarice and the late Eleanor (late James).

He was a loving husband, brother, and grandfather who cherished every moment spent with his family. He was a proud member of the Air Force. He had a passion for travel, visiting 48 of the 50 states, and especially enjoyed exploring the California coast with his wife. He also loved taking cruises, trying his luck at the casino, and embracing every opportunity for adventure.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., where family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 3-7PM at 101 Third Street, Carnegie. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 9:00AM. Following the Blessing Service, Robert will be laid to rest with full military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
